Frequently Asked Questions
We’ve compiled a list of common questions and answers to help you understand how we serve in an installation of a sign.
What is the typical timeline from submitting an RFQ to receiving a proposal?
Once we receive an RFQ (Request for Quote), we acknowledge it immediately and forward it to our intake coordinator. We strive to return all proposals within 12-24 hours, ensuring a quick and efficient start to your project.
How do you manage the sign installation process from start to finish?
Our in-house Project Management Team utilizes a specialized CRM system that monitors the project at every stage. This ensures that all team members have full visibility into the job’s progress. Our project managers oversee the budget and timelines and anticipate any issues in advance to ensure smooth execution from planning through final installation.
Do you handle permits and code research for sign installations?
Yes, we manage all aspects of permitting in-house. We’re licensed to obtain permits in nearly every city and state on the East Coast. Our services include code research, site surveys, engineering for exterior signage, and working with Historic Review Committees to ensure all criteria and guidelines are met.
Can you handle damaged or rushed shipments for signage?
Absolutely! We offer light manufacturing and repair services in-house. If your shipment arrives damaged or you’re facing a tight deadline, we can quickly repair or manufacture most types of signage to ensure your project stays on track. This also helps save on costly shipping and prevents delays.
How do you ensure safety and quality during the installation process?
We take safety very seriously. Our installation team is equipped with high-tech tools and fully stocked service trucks. All of our installers are licensed and certified, including OSHA-certified employees and crane operators. We document the site before and after installation, and take steps to secure the area for public safety. We also ensure the site is cleaned and restored after the installation is completed.
