To All of our Valued Clients, Vendors & Partners:

As we continue to monitor events surrounding the COVID-19 (Corona) Virus and its growing impact to our region, we are taking steps to ensure the safety of all of our staff members while maintaining the level of service you are accustomed to receiving.

Trademark has had internal meetings with office staff and road crews to make sure everyone is as calm and comfortable as possible while we work through this time of uncertainty. Trademark has also reached out to vendors and clients to ensure that all proper precautions are being utilized as we move forward. The following list outlines some of the steps we are taking:

  • Our team of installers will limit personal contact with store personnel and/or other trades on site. We may need to gain access into a building for electrical or fastening purposes which we will assess on a case by case basis while having every intention of completing the job at hand. We will keep in constant contact with our customers via email and telephone.
  • Interior work may not happen until all access to the space is back to normal.
  • We have instructed our installers to clean all surfaces of the cabs of our trucks as recommended by the CDC.
  • Some office staff may be working from home or working a reduced schedule to better accommodate their family’s childcare responsibilities. We will work as a team to make sure that all communications are current and timely.

As the number of confirmed cases continue rise, the States of New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania (along with county and local governments of those states) have implemented steps out of an abundance of caution to help reduce the spread of the COVID-19 Virus. Those steps include but are not limited to, closing state, county and municipal buildings to the public and suspending non-essential depts. Though they continue to function with essential departments still open, we are advising that all permit applications, final inspections, variances applications that are currently pending may experience longer than normal delays, as we expect more municipalities will close, suspend or severely cut back on non-essential personnel.

Please be assured that while we remain focused on the health and safety of our staff members and those around us, we are also focused on continued service to our clients. We have taken steps in accordance with State and CDC Guidelines to make sure we can continue to deliver the level of quality and excellence you are accustomed to receiving from us during these unique circumstances.

Please know that my staff and I are here for you if you need anything or questions answered.

Best Regards,

TRADEMARK SIGN, LLC.
